We're sorry if you've had a complication with a product or order! We're here to help as best as we can! Our policy is as follows:
Return/Refund Policy on Merchandise Items
You may return unused, and undamaged merchandise items within 15 calendar days of shipment, with a valid proof of purchase, for a refund or product credit. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. We will reimburse the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item.) Any returns due to size issues or second thoughts, we will not be responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund or credit.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after returning the product, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
